black g35 sedan learning as i go with it

*Weird issue* service engine soon, vdc off, and, slip

I drive a 2008 35x and it will be driving fine then randomly the service engine soon light and vdc off and slip will appear on the dash and the car won’t drive bast 20mph. It won’t accelerate it doesn’t have a problem starting but it’s hard for me to get a code for it because some times it won’t act up when I go to my mechanic when they test it, any idea what the problem might be?

Without a code, it's really difficult to determine what it is - need to have ODBII scanner on hand (in the car) when it happens. Potentially, camshaft position sensor or crank sensor going bad.
