I believe Infiniti did an excellent job on the new G Sedan. Definitely more luxurious than before. Much better interior. Exterior is better for the most part. I don't care much for the character line on the side which turns downward at the rear of a car the same way as a Mercury Cougar hatchback. The Sedan would look much better with different wheels than what is shown in the pics. The Sedan will be a huge seller for Infiniti- better performance than the current Sedan with more practicality than the competitors have. The next Coupe should be awesome!

 

dont like the console. Looks too "Old-peopleish" hope the Coupe isnt like that. I like the pop up gps much better than that crap. I think it would have been better if the interior was more like the concept. Dont like the car at all.

Stupid exterior is a little messed up. The fenders around the rear wheels curve in the line design doesnt help it.

Wow I used to want the M bit this thing is more rigid and perhaps faster. All the things I wanted the M for. I don't need size and extra weight. This thing give a 5 series a run for it's money too. It's growing on me everyday more and more and soon I will have to have it. I was hoping to wait 6-7 more years...sh!!!!T

I was just over at clublexus browsing around and came across a thread regarding the 07 Sedan. Here is a cut and paste from the senior moderator over there, 1sicklex. His comments are completely laughable considering there is no specs whatsoever announced yet, is at least 6 months away from hitting the dealerships.....and yet this guy can predict sales. This guy really makes me laugh.....yet I find it quite sad that a moderator with almost 20,000 posts writes arrogant posts like that to it's members. He obviously thinks Lexus rules the world and has no objectivity whatsoever.



Well Infiniti clearly wants to remain 2nd tier. This car is a nice freshning. THey are not a company that needs evolution. They need to hit home run after home run. This is not a home run at all. They rested on their laurels

Same single model, one engine choice.
Interior is better b/c interior couldn't help but get better.
Still huge for its class, I bet dimensions are close to GS in size.
Why they they still have that ridiculous I N F I N I T I on the back? That is crassy and obnoxious.
Old 5 speed auto. Lexus has offered a 5 speed since 1998. THey now have 6 and 8 speeds and CVT. How on earth can a luxury car company still only offer a 5 speed auto?

Mark my words, this car will only marginally increase sales and then drop off quickly. The competition is too tight in this segment for this average attempt. Infiniti seems hell bent on childish "my car has more peak HP than you" and to hell with the rest of the car.

M35/45 sales are good. G35 sales are down and will go up with this model some. The QX sales are down. The Q45 is a complete joke. The totally revised FX can't beat RX 400h in sales.

This company still has no clue.


This will make a great rental. Enterprise is pleased.

With that said, i won't comment in this thread anymore. Arguing Infiniti vs Lexus is not just redundant, its not even fair to Nissan fans. Its not even a close comparison.

 

1sicklex is a char of his own. He was already threatend by the owner of the site multiple times to stop his abuse like he has posted against the G35. He has been banned from many sites because he is so anti everything unless its a Lexus. He thinks Lexus tops every other car. He thinks Infiniti will never match Lexus but they are with the M and now the new G, and soon other cars.

Go look at IS300.NET and search for his user name. LOL
