searched but didn't find anything...

how come even premium members are limited to 500 characters in the signature? i am seriously running out of space with all my mods... any chance to make it, say, 2500?

Probably because a large number of members find it extremely irritating that some people's signatures are longer than any of their posts and take up entirely too much space in threads.

well, what you could do is to impose, say, 9 or 10 lines maximum, and default to a smaller font in the signatures... not sure if vBulletin supports that natively - most likely not - but it'd be a nice thing to have...

Maybe You Shouldnt Use Your Sig As A Billboard To Solicite Random Crap That Isnt On Your Ride Anymore... BUT YA, SOME KIND OF INCREASE IS NEEDED- SINCE ALL OTHER SO-CALLED "PERKS" ARE JUST BUNK...NO PLATE FRAMES, NO MONTHLY DRAWINGS, WHACK GB SECTION(HIDDEN FROM MOST).

I find it EXTREMELLY dumb for people to post longer than 2-3 lines. I dont care what you have on your car, it just makes reading the forum a hassle. I never read those sigs.

^^^ i disagree. it helps people answer your questions when you post something, and it puts your answers in perspective when you post an answer to someone else's questions. if you have, say, one type of exhaust, your answers regarding questions on that exhaust are substantiated by personal experience.

^^^ I Couldnt Agree More. When I First Started Modding I Looked At What Worked Well With Others To See What Would Be Good Combinations. Audio To Performance, I Always Check Out Other Rides By Reading Their Sigs. ITS KINDA LIKE WINDOW SHOPPING FOR THE RIDE.

I concur that mods in sigs are beneficial... it does help when people ask questions or opinions about what works. I also agree that more characters should be avail for premier member but it would be nice to limit the font size.

They are beneficial if they all are as long as the ones you guys have... even better if they srhink the text size so those really wanting to reat the mods get close.

Some people list the mods downward... not like you guys (Sidewize). My previous post was regarding downward posters.

Over 5 lines of sig = too much
