Mine is definitely the bearing. I was supposed to get it fixed today, but they ordered the hub assembly instead of the bearing. So they are getting the right part and it will be installed next Tuesday. It's costing $198 for just the bearing and not the $160 I had mentioned earlier, that was for the hub assembly, I don't need.

the hub has the bearing included though wouldn't it just be easier to do that?

From what I understood, they are two separate parts on the all wheel drive models. That's what I have. So they are just replacing the bearing. The parts guys in the back ordered the hub instead of just the bearing.

I finally got my wheel bearing done tonight. What a difference, it drives and sounds so much better. Both the hub and the bearing was replace. It's 2 pieces in the infinitis, at least my model. They originally orders the hub assembly thinking that it comes with the bearing as the Nissans do, but it did not. So the bearing had to be ordered as well.
