Try that again but type a little slower
You blew a fuse, you replaced the fuse, but not everything came back?

OK, so just the tail lights (like rear marker lights, right) are not working? I don't know '03 but if it's like '05/'06 then what about your license plate lights and your side markers? Those are all related. Looks like several fuses involved plus a relay for the tail lights. Below is from the '05/'06 service manual so might not match your '03 exactly - but just to give you an idea...

When your lights blow a fuse it makes me think about pinched wires somewhere - typically on the way through the trunk hinge. You may need to look at the wires there to see if they're exposed and shorting to ground... Just a guess.

Yes the rear marker lights, when i turn my lights on the rear marker lights dont light up
when the fuse blew the first time which was like a week ago i changed the fuse and it worked for like a week and today they went out again, the blinker and brakes lights work just fine though

Right, well the blowing fuse makes me think it's a short rather than a lamp (or LED) failure. You know what I mean? Like the circuit is suddenly drawing too much power by shorting to ground and pops the fuse. But I'm only guessing about that, maybe some more experienced folks here can help.

I was thinking trunk lid wires but I don't know if you have any lights on the lid...? Sedan or coupe? Inside 3rd brake light or out on a wing?

Did you lose the brakes and blinkers the first time the fuse blew?

Sorry, I can't help more..

Did u do anything to your car like for example install a stereo or something? Those lights use the same fuse as the dashboard lights, like speedometer and stuff. That's wat happened to me, I wired something wrong and fuse kept popping every few days till I found the problem in the stereo wiring.
