Slip & VDC Off lights on

Hi
Need a little insight everything has been fine with my 06 G35 Coupe
I have never seen these lights before and they don't come on when I start driving but soon they are both on till I stop and reset the ignition then they are back on.
The only thing new is I had the car's wheels aligned all 4 wheels it was pulling to the right
would this be the cause of the lights coming on now after the alignment?
