The number 1 reason for those lights coming on is just low brake fluid, that should always be the first thing to check. Beyond that you need to put it on a scanner to find out what EXACTLY the ECM found to be wrong otherwise it's just a lot of guesswork, could be a wheel speed sensor was damaged during the exhaust install.

Battery light coming on is unrelated, sounds like you need to troubleshoot the charging system, might just be the battery terminal is dirty or loose.
