05 g35 coupe crank but no start

Ik this is old but what exactly is this test. my car won’t start either it cranks then dies almost instantly we tried putting gas straight in the tb and she starts and will rev fine until the gas is taken away what would that mean

Empty gas tank, failing fuel pump, etc.

I'd definitely start by just adding 1 gallon of fresh fuel to the tank, these cars are notorious for the gas gauge failing and showing 1/2 tank when you're actually home dry empty.

I have and really wish it was that I’ve taken the hardline off right behind the pressure regulator and it gets gas when i crank it over so it gets gas
