Dont know about war...but yeah...its going to take up most of next year to plan everything out and layout the fabrication process. Going to fly to Cali to talk to several shops and fabricators. Not really that complicated if you break it apart...but time consuming. I just had to work backwards. Lots of things are done and still more in the process. When its all done, then maybe I will say something. But till then...I will just still plan and save since its going to cost me a bit.

Hey Chargie-Dont mean to jack your thread...but that seriously sucks either way. Hopefully though the parts come in quick enough. And on the bright side, at least it is on warranty. 2 weeks for a new short block and install is not too bad actually. It will be done before the new year. Start fresh in 2006. Goodluck and I am sure Jason and the techs will do their best to get you back on the streets.

 

Just think of it as a new car when you get it back.

That loaner G really screwed me up when I put it into that fake manual drive. I forgot you have to push it up to go into 4th. I pushed it down and I'll just say I'm glad this is a loaner.
