okay, went to checkers a few nights ago and went for that free OBD2 scan test... here are the codes i came out w/:

P0455 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (gross leak)

&

P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input


got the codes cleared but they reappeared last night. Gotta get'em checked again...hopefully DHCrocks can help me out on this one. I'm thinking the P0455 is the reason why i can smell gas when i drive. how do i check this system though? anyone know where it is, and where the lines ruN? sorry, don't have service manual. Also, For the maf code...could that be cuz the maf plug is right next to the plenum? or could i have a leak or cracked maf?

 

your maf could have gotten malfunctioned somehow. that crap is hella sensitive.

 

Check your vacume hoses, and fuel cap, and make sure all the connections and joints are good, that'll probably help with the gross leak problem, also check by your carbon canister.
