Borla?
get the hks it doesnt drone...and when you go wot it growls...also when you go through tunnels its so sick...i recommend that you take a ride in a car with both...it's the only for sure way to know which ones right for you...my last car had a flowmaster exhaust with the silencer removed and it droned like no tomorrow...so the hks was a perfect choice for me...oh yea one more thing my gas mileage with the hks did not get worse like i expected...i think it actually got a tiny bit better...

I have actually never heard the borla exhaust in person..I know that borla is a reputable name, i am pretty sure that lamborghini uses borla exhaust systems. I dont think you could go wrong in getting one.
I heard the HKS in person and it is raspy for sure, not a big fan of its sound. As far as looks and weight the HKS is awesome, but just to raspy for me.

Borla or HKS.................?
I ran a Borla system for over a year on my G. They
aren't finished like the Stillen tru-dual system or
the HKS units. If you like the individual muffler look
go with the HKS. But if you like the mufflers tucked
under the back end go with Stillen.....not Borla!

Go out to a local G35 or 350z meet in your area and browse around and see what kind of exhausts they have on their cars. Ask to hear what it sounds like and what they liked/disliked about the exhaust...this is the best way to find out what you would like...
The build quality on the Tanabe exhaust are excellent. I have the Tanabe Super Medalion Hyper. I love the sound, a little louder than the Fujitsubo and the tips look great IMO. I would stay away from the Stillen because their mufflers are packed with fiberglass.
