I already have a custom x-pipe on my Invidia true dual, there's not much space left to run the spacer, considering there are plenty of bends in order to clear obsticle.

Update, I got the Magnaflow x-muffler installed to replace my x-pipe. This is similar to the one Fast Intention uses on their exhaust. This muffler quiet everything down, almost too quiet . But no more rasp and drone. So hopefully the muffler will break in and will get a lil louder after some uses, as most exhaust does.

Where did you get the Magnaflow installed? Is it now as quiet as stock, but with the Invidia note? I bet that sounds sweet! You gotta let me hear it, mang!

Just FYI, for anybody looking to purchase the magnaflow x-pipe, p/n 11385 (2.25" in/out) or 11386 (2.5" in/out), check your local muffler shop before ordering online. I got mine for $79 + tax from a muffler shop around here. They had it in stock. The cheapest I've seen is on ebay for about $86.

I got it for $67 shipped!! the $86 is the lowest Magnaflow will allow vendor to list I believe. One vendor suggested you call and i got $67 shipped as a result!!

I got it installed in Glen Burnie at Tony's Custom Exhaust, they're awesome and did it for $50!! It is stock quiet with Invidia note. I think at first it seem more quiet but I think it may be the loudness with the recent TP addition that I forgot what it sounded like before. So hopefully the muffler will break-in and get lil more decibel out of them.

Has anyone tried welding brackets onto their testpipes to bolt up to the stock bracket that holds onto the cats? I have some rasp and I almost wonder if it's from the exhaust not being held in place tight enough... Also has anyone tried exhaust wrap to help get rid of the rasp?

Nope/Yep - they always break, which is why the aftermarket units do not have them. Also - the aftermarket CATS and Resonated TestPipes are about 10lbs lighter PER SIDE - so the bracket is really not needed either.
