I read a good while back that Cosworth was doing R&D on the VQ35. I'm sure that they were commissioned by Nissan to do so. My first assumption was that they were working on the GT-R engine. Then the Renault concept debuted and blew that idea, just a bit. It seems to confirm that Nissan commissioned Cosworth for VQ35 R&D, but it doesn't exactly narrow down the intended application. Ghosn has big plans to renew Renault, so perhaps that's a possibility. Regardless, it gives me more hope of being able to complete a nice NA build.
