I need some input on Kinetix ssv intake
does anyone have the Kinetix ssv intake manifold in their g35 coupe? Is it worth paying almos $900.00 dollars for it, for like the horsepower gain. is it a good deal or i can get something else for the car that wil work better. and mods for the engine i already have HKS exhaust, dc headers, and test pipes .pls help me out. where can i buy a new one for the cheapest price. i don't want supercharger or turbo kit. tnks

The negative comments about the manifold either come from jealousy or being naive about the manifold. The manifold is lighter, has 6 ram tubes, and is set up with a fitting for nitrous. With FI, it really makes the power, but even N/A as mine is, still makes fantastic power at around 4,000 rpm.
I would say that the manifold is worth the price. If you don't want to spend the money, the mrev and spacer are a good deal too. The main thing is to improve the airflow in the manifold and eliminate the restriction that the stock manifold has. PM me if you want any more info.
