For those of you that have done this, would you need to reset the ECU?
I currently have the Z-Tube, JWT Popcharger, HKS Hi Power Ti installed, and am thinking about adding the MD 5/16" spacer. Will this combo work in harmony? I read from another post that someone was experiencing some potential problems of running too lean. Would I be in the same boat? Or should it be fine? I wouldn't require a UTEC or another aftermarket piggyback chip unless I had more engine mods, right?

I have same set up.. I mean I have 06' rev-up so I don't know if it's really different.. But I have HKS Hi Power, Z-Tube, Pop Charger, Spacer, and lower plenum.. And I haven't got fuel tuner yet either.. I was thinking that will be my next mod actually.. But I don't know how much difference it will make..
I have the HKS Ti, MREV+ w/the 5/16" spacer, pop charger housed in the Stillen Hi-Flow box, Z tube and am running marginally lean. I am having a UniChip installed as soon as I can get an appointment.

Yes, the last time I had my car dyno'd with my current mods . . . It recorded a bit lean between 4k and 5.5k rpms.

So from everyone's responses, it does sound like it will run lean. I did want to get this spacer for a bit more power gain, but if it's gonna require a lot more work to re-tune, then I'm not sure if I am ready to go that extra mile with just a few intake/exhaust mods.
Thanks for your feedback guys.

my understanding is that the 05+ ECUs adapt more readily to lean conditions.
that said you can reset the fuel learning by resetting the ECU on all models and hopefully it will adapt.
With CIPHER you can read the A/F ratios to see if you are running lean.
