wow they have an apron on the filter. That's what I did to mine to keep the exposed side cleaner. I had to use sheet metal though. I couldn't think of anything else that was easy to bend and would keep shape.

If an intake is installed, the car need any change in ECU or any setup.

No, the difference in incoming air will be registered by the MAF sensor and the ECU will adapt according.
