z-tube w/ MAF socket: any Problems with this?

I saw a CF z-tube with integrated MAF socket, so it replaces from TB directly to air box. The MAF plugs into a socket on the tube. has anyone seen this before and has anyone heard anything bad about this setup?

It looks very clean without the MAF, so I am leaning towards this setup. But I would like to hear from others who have seen or used it before.

Thanks

Andrew
