Hmmm....
Looks like a cross between a Borla mid-section, HKS (NOT) rear, and flexed out s-pipes.
Flexes aren't' REALLY needed, if the systems is jigged right and doesn't force a bind on the system from bad angles and bends. They wont cause any harm either, really.
Rasp - oh yes there is rasp. Give another week, it'll get worse. Having rasp at that level with stock manifolds and CATS gives away the ineffective balancing of the system (H-pipes suck on good V6's) and inefficient mufflers.
Make that H and X pipe...and maybe tune the system a bit. Flow isn't matched well, which is why it burps and rasps. HKS uses dead chambers for tuning and sound changes...missing from this system.
Needs work - but for a 1st build - probably not a bad start...
