Have you tested your new exhaust on any VQs with HFCs and headers?

Have you tested your new exhaust against any of the standard exhausts (e.g., HKS) and will you be able to post performance advantages your exhaust has over them?

...and I'm assuming you will have tips at least as cool as the HKS tips...

...I didn't want this thread to die... I mean it's been over an hour since the last post...

Tested against Nismo and Stillen exhausts but not the HKS. For the most part, aftermarket exhaust are pretty much the same. Within a few HP of eachother. HFC's were tested against Crawford.

The radical power producers are part of the XYZ modular system.

The Ti tips are awesome and the titanium mufflers are unbelievable. Even if they aren't welded to the tubing, I'll post pics of them in the next week or so.

The Ti has fantastic bling factor.

PS I recieved an unsolicited call today from GM.
Word seems to have spread about the fuel efficency aspect of the mod.

SEMA is also having a fuel efficency mod contest for their upcoming convention. I'll try to enter this contest if time allows. Ill need to adapt the mod to any one of the following vehicles used in their test:
2004-2008 Ford F-150 16-valve 5.4L V8
2007-2008 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L V8
2006-2008 Dodge Charger 3.5L V6

With everything on my plate, I don't know if I'll be able to do it in time for the convention.

Does anybody have pictures of the under side of these vehicles?

Tony, is this exciting!

Is this XYZ pipe 2.5"? If so, can it be used as a replacement for the y-pipe on my Borla sedan TD? I think my system is 2.25".

The XYZ primaries are 2.5" and the exit is 3".

I don't think its a drop in for your system.

What versions of the XYZ pipe showed the most gains throughout the power band? And what other parts were paired with said XYZ pipe?

All these questions are keeping Tony away from what we want him to do......have our exhaust ready! Let's give the man some time to get us some pics and hopefully a finished product in the very very near future.

HKS makes 6whp PEAK on a dynapack.. same fuel same day.. no other gains throughout the band..

on a 2005 6MT.. I'll need to dig up the dyno sheet and scan it if u guys want.. or u can take my word for it

car was bone stock with the exception of a ztube and popcharger.. tested in 2005 at Shawn's place (church)

Once the system is out, we'll have to arrange for people with different exhaust systems to dyno compare it against their current system. (I'll pay for the dyno costs.)

EDIT:
Forced Induction setups included!
