G35X Exhaust same as RWD from axle back?
I'm wondering if the 05/06 G35X exhaust is interchangeable with the RWD exhaust from the axle back? Specifically, I'm looking at an HKS axle-back exhaust, and I can't find out if it will fit the AWD G35X (without changing the midpipes for the time being).
Could I just throw in a midpipe from a coupe at a later time, or does it require modification? How much will that run me, if it does?
Thanks in advance!

Oops, I thought I posted it, I guess I closed the window without hitting post :P. You can get it from Riverside Infiniti (I can't get a direct link to work, but go there, go to sedan aftermarket accessories, then go to exhausts, then rear section only, and you'll find the bracket).

Well, Riverside tells me they don't know for sure if it will fit without modifying the car and/or exhaust. I'm ordering it anyway (found a guy on eBay who said I could return it for a 10% restocking fee if I made sure not to scratch it up) and I'll post back in a week or two with my results, for future reference.
Is anybody 100% certain it will fit without modification? That would be nice. I can install the exhaust myself, but I can't bend pipe, and I bet that costs a good $100 or so .
Thanks again for the input g35freak86! You were very helpful in my decision.

For future reference, the HKS exhuast bolted right on with the adapter bracket from Riverside Infiniti. First place told me it wouldn't fit (Firestone), but the second place (Munro) told me it fit perfectly.
It sounds pretty good - not quite there yet though, the pop charger is too high pitched, whistle like. Would adding a z-tube to the pop charger, or the coupe mid-pipe, change the sound at all?

Nice bro, I just ordered hks muffler for my 05 RWD sedan and the brackets as well. I have a coupe midpipe, it does make a difference but not as big as in the 03/04 sedans, but I def hear the deeper drone. If your going for a nicer sound, don't go z-tube, unless you get it with the jwt charger. Otherwise a nice intake like injen will cure the appetite for hearing your engine wide open throttle. If you get a coupe midpipe locally, don't hesitate to throw it on, you won't regret a slightly deeper exhaust...
