G35 Exhaust Advice

I am looking to change my stock exhaust and intake system and I got a few recommendations but I figured a second opinion wouldn't hurt.

I was recommended to replace the stock intake with a Stilen intake and the dual exhaust system with the stilen pipes. Would this be a worthwhile upgrade from the stock system and not sound to horribly bad. I've looked around on youtube for some of the stilen mods but I couldn't find someone with the stilen intake and the dual exhausts on one car.

I currently have the g35 2008 sedan since the coupe wasn't available when I got it. Any recommendations from your experiences whether to go with stilen or another brand and where you could go about purchasing them to have them shipped internationally.

There's only two I would EVER put on my car. One is released and the other is soon to be released.

Released:
www.fastintentions.com

Soon to be released, see this thread:
https://g35driver.com/forums/intake-exhaust/216529-motordyne-tony.html

Tony from Motordyne creates some amazing stuff; quality, performance, and asthetics are top notch.

Others will say HKS, Stillen, and a few others but the two mentioned above arguably have the most R&D incorporated.

1+ for Tony at Motordyne. He is fixing to release his new exhaust for the G35, sedan included I believe. This will be a very good quality exhaust system.

JIC Magic Full Ti Single exit exhaust hands down. Ive had stock exhaust, injen true dual, and the HKS true dual exhaust but the JIC is the best setup by FAR!

Time to do some more hunting and reading. I'm not trying to get a bazillion horse power just something which sounds better than the stock and if it gives some additional hp that would be great.

Would the JIC work on the '08 Sedan. I was on their site and they didn't have anything listed for the '08 models or am I just missing it completely.

uhmm i dont think JIC makes anything for a 08 sedan...i know with 03 to 07 coupes we have to add a 5 inch extension since its for the Z...im pretty sure they should make something for your sedan...send them an email...

I would leave it the stock exhaust and just put on Berk technology HFC if you are going to stay NA. However, if your planning on going FI than go with a larger diameter pipe.

I know with the Stillen and Borla system for 03 to 06 has droning issues.

What kind of sound are you looking for? Stock but louder, deeper tone, more rumble, etc...
