If we wanted to quiet it down more, do we purchase another resonator from you that will bolt right up, or no? I feel like I am not clear enough, lol.

It can come with any one of the modules you prefer.
Just let me know which one you like and we can take it from there.
If you want quieter that would be determined by the type of axle back mufler section you want to use.
