For N/A, it is probably not worth it and you are better off going with a Motordyne 5/16" spacer. On the other hand, if you are running high levels of boost, that is when the Cosworth Plenum is supposed to really come alive.
Mine just got installed today. Hopefully we will be on the dyno by the weekend. I'll post my results in my build thread on My350Z when we have them:

Cosworth plenums were actually designed for high RPM NA cars, not turbo cars. That's one of the reasons the end caps blow off with high boost... apparently Cosworth never tested them with over 25 pounds of boost.
Cosworth has stopped production and actually relocated their manufacturing to a different company. There will be a version 2 plenum available sometime soon... supposedly around December of this year.
