From what I have heard they are manufactured by Random Tech.

For a month they (Stillen) have been inspecting the bad HFC saying that the blown HFC could in some way be my fault, they said that the HFC would have to be sent back to the manufacturer, I've been waiting a month for the inspection process. Got the General Manager from Stillen on the phone , Let him know how I Felt..... Still Waiting we'll see what happens
