Fast Intentions is one of the the least raspiest exhaust out there for the VQ. And I've heard almost every different kind of exhaust setup/combinations available for the VQ thanks to the huge G-community in SoCal.
F.I + Stock cats: No rasp
F.I + HFC: No Rasp
F.I + Resonated Test Pipes: No rasp in normal driving and just a little at WOT
Any VQ with non-resonated test pipes with obviously rasp with any setup.

Yeah I finally decided that I'm ordering FI exhaust and some HFC's or test pipes, even though I live in CA, luckily I know my mechanic really well so passing smog wont be a problem. Is FI noticably louder than stock, by how much?

I recently installed FI cat back and High Flow Cats....sounds awesome and not obnoxiously loud at all! Nice deep throaty tone with absolutely no rasp whatsoever...cant wait to install CAI and Headers. Cant go wrong with it. Plus keep in mind that FI piping is 2.5 inch compared to 2.25 for the HKS.
