Woooooow alot of idiots in here. Staff made sense and a few others did but some people on here just talking jibberish. Honestly when it comes down to this thing, 1 guy I'll always listen to personally is OCG35, he knows his shiiiet!

I tell u what just do similar things as I did with my 05' and your set. I will be putting on a pair of Berk HFC's in about three weeks and do a reflash and dyno

From a performance perspective, I think it's fine though... but suggesting that when someone is trying to make power... to me, would be cheating lol.

as it pertains to making hp or trq from the engine I understand what you are saying (and I'm quite certain everyone in this thread understands ring & pinion gears do not actually make power, they just help apply it to the wheels)...

But I still don’t understand why you keep saying it's "cheating"???

At the end of the day, more horsepower/torque makes your car faster/quicker... Lower FD gears can also make your car faster... End of story...

4.08 gears rock!
