newest version Art pipes

Hi, i had them installed a few days ago. They sound amazing and i can feel the difference. Everything else is stock.

I have one question, there is a light buzzing/rattling noise. It doesn't happend a lot but it's there. I think it's the heat shield. I'm sure it is now caused after a few secounds or after a few minutes it goes away..

I can't lift the car and check caused I don't have a hydrolic lift yet. Hopefully next weekend I'll buy one and check why it's buzzing..

I'll let y'all know I find out...

OP you're supposed to shave off a bit of a bolt hanging from the driver's side shield. If you didn't do this that's why you have the buzzing bc the ART pipe is hitting that bolt under load. IIRC Tony @ MD has this in his instructions and on the big ART pipe thread it's been discussed.

If uprev forgot to take off that bolt, would they have to take out the driver side art pipe again?

Or can I just take out the driver side tire and with a long skinny saw, cut the bolt off?

Hopefully it's just your heat shield bolt causing the buzz. I'm a 6MT and still get a buzz between 3-3.3k rpm...it's one of the reasons I'm ditching the ART pipes in the spring. Can't seem to find a fix, sound is coming from inside of mine.
