Can this be fixed???? ART pipes

Had to take these off. Can these be welded?Will they crack again if I do fix them?Is it worth it?

Got them on this site from a guy who never put them on.Had them on maybe a year.Called motordnye,they said I dont have the receipt and dont know how old they are,so they cant do anything for me.

Looks like they cracked from not having a lower brace. I'm sure they can be fixed but I'd add tabs so you can install the lower cat supports from OE cats.
