Moving from Berk HFCs to ART V2!
Great review so far man! I'd love to see the dyno sheets side by side if you have em
Im curious to know if they get even quieter after being broken in, since you bought them new.

After weeks of trying to make the shop follow through on our agreement to retune my car at no cost with the shiny new ART Pipes I had put on (which they mistakenly took off and replaced with the used Berk HFCs in my trunk), I was finally fit in for a re-dyno with the ART Pipes.
This time the tune was done at the tuner's shop, on a Mustang dyno that was set to translate the whp figure to a Dynojet reading. The G put down 248whp. The tuner said that the figures are really not translatable to an actual dynojet reading and are worthless for comparison.
In all, my G is more torquey and may have picked up about 5whp (according to the butt dyno) after the tune, but it's hard to tell.
If I could do it over again, I would not have spent the money for the ART Pipes. I would have done a tune on the Berk HFCs (from a different tuner) and saved my money.
Nevertheless, the car sounds good with the ART Pipes... the sound has grown on me for sure. It has a more crisp and sort of mechanized note, and the car is definitely quieter (which I am not entirely thrilled about, though I know some prefer it that way). With the ART Pipes, there is a slight amount of drone between 2,500 and 3,000 RPMs, and it really hits a sweet spot in the exhaust note above 3750.
But I still do miss the distinct GTR-like tone of the Berks, and the sweet spot in the note is also accessible at lower, cruising RPMs, like at around 3,100 RPMs.
The smell doesn't bother me at all, even with the windows down, but it's not my first car with test pipes.
I still am yet to compile a video, mostly because I don't have as many driving clips with the ART Pipes yet.
