md spacer whistle

just installed my copper iso spacer.... when I accelerate I get a whistling sound from my engine bay.... retightened all the bolts... still hear it. whistling goes away above 40 mom...

is this normal?

It usually will emit a slight "whistle"
More like a hiss sound almost

yea I heard the loud hiss at WOT....but under normal driving?

hmm... took it for another drive... seems to be anytime I give it a little gas... whistle or hiss seems to be coming from my intake...

perhaps my intake drawing in more air now due to increased space?

Dude. This is exactly what cold air intakes do. They hiss.

sighhhh.... I've had the intake on for several months with no hissing. so I'm guessing the spacer had to do with the sound now..

I didnt like it either. I sold my intake and went back to stock with plenum spacer and oem intake.
