A/C rough idling?!?!? Help

My car seems to idle very low recently like it almost feels like it's going to stall but doesn't so far. And when I'm driving with A/C on it will turn hot (and really noticeable) when had is pressed and I don't mean WOT! And when at light car idles rough from 500 rpms to 1000..and car moves by itself (lurches forward) of I'm not fully pressing the brake hard. Can anyone pls help

I kinda found out the problem...I was in a accident a year ago and needed to replace my radiator support cuz it was cracked. Well I changed it yesterday and realized I had a coolant leak from a **** on top of radiator it was under the big twist to open ***** on top of radiator there is two one on each side. Well I JB welded it and added fresh coolant and car seems to idle much better now. I just went on a lil trip a little while ago and it was acting up slightly again..so I think I just need to add more coolant to actually fill it back up as it needed to circulate
