Fuji Y-Pipe

I was thinking about getting a Y-Pipe installed this weekend but not changing out my exhaust. My question is will my car pretty much sound the same with the stock exhaust and just the Fuji Y-Pipe or will it sound different? Anybody have this set up and can comment on it? Is installing the Y-Pipe to my stock exhaust a good fit? Finally I've seen a few people say that the Y-Pipe is more restrictive to air flow then the exhaust is and it might actually increase torque. Now I'm not sure as far as the more restrictive part goes but I don't see how it can increase tq but any help on the subject would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance guys

Thanks for you help Tru I wish more people would chime in with a response as I really am looking for answers. One more question in conjection with the all the others. Would installing a Y-Pipe will keeping everything else stock have any loss of TQ? I know I might gain a minimal amount of HP but would I lose TQ as a result of the added HP
