Can someone do me a favor? If you have a JWT popcharger, can you take and post up the dimensions of the air filter? If you can take the measurments shown here that would be great. Thanks.

Did some legwork myself and figured out a replacement AEM Dry Flow filter for the popcharger. The part number is 21-209DK. Got it from SummitRacing and confirmed it fits. Same dimensions as the jwt popcharger filter.

 

Do yourself a favor and measure the square inch area of a ironned flat oem vs after market air filter. The deep pleats of oem add a lot to area and flow ability.

You will need precise lab equipment to measure the differences [if any] in pressure restrictions..............or read the MAF voltage with an OBD2 scanner at HP peak rpm............to the 2nd decimal point........the higher the voltage the more air flowing into engine.........around 4.4 volts each 0.01 volt represents the ability to make 1.5 HP extra.

 

Approximate JWT filter measurements.

Total Height = 5.750"
Filter Area Height = 5.125"
Small End Diameter = 5.250"
Large End Diameter = 7.625"
Filtered End Opening = ????
Opening Diameter ID = 6.00"
Opening Diameter OD = 6.375"

 

I am presuming that the JWT filter measures identicle to the stillen?

 

Has anyone used a K&N PreCharger Air Filter Wrap on a JWT Pop Charger Air Filter?
