the camera wasnt fast enough to catch the strobe sometimes but you can get the idea. you can also sometimes see it flash on the ground

i will say eric "Klumzyee" has been nothing but good to me he has called me nad given me detail thru out of trans action i got one kit in ust waiting for another and i have reccommnded another team memebr to him and now i need more hehe

I just read through the whole thread and it sucks that you are having problems with this guy...and the weird thing is that it could have been easily solved if he would have given you the $200...

Did you ever get your whole $1200.00 back?... The tactics JR was using were shamefull, trying to scare you into letting them take the 20% fee by saying "if you loose you get nothing, take the $900 while you can" That is total B.S.... He knew there was no way in He11 he could possibly win that if you disputed the charge.
You never received any merchandise from them, JR never told you about any 20% restocking fee, the merchandise was not in stock so WTF was there to restock in the first place???. I am positive there was never even a P.O. (purchase order) placed for this order in the 1st place. You called back within 5 miniutes to cancel the order so there should have been absolutely no questions asked, they should have refunded the ENTIRE AMOUNT.
I also would BET that by the time you called back JR had not even ran your card yet... He sounds to me (after reading all these posts about him and Import Trenz) like the type of person who would run your card, even after you called to cancel, out of spite.

wellz long story the CC company did dispute my charge ..on other side.. they did refund my money back after i post and telling everyone on the here! ...all time took about 1 month to make everything worked out! WAT A DEAL!!!

now mister boostinmr2 aka henry wong aka importtrenz has stopped returning my phone calls after telling me that they were goin to be giving me a certain amount of money back and they were working on how to get me the money. i told them they could send me a check or send it through a no fees paypal account. but no everytime i call i get no answer and leave a voicemail but never get a call back. sounds like the person i bought it from.

just read through all of this and i wanna say wow and i should have read this prior to buying from eric.. but i just recieved a ks rear from IT and its great quality nothing wrong with anything.. sorry to hear about this experience you had.. best of luck

Please understand that IT is a functioning company.. although their customer service may be pretty bad they are a company that provides a service..
My company SurfaceModz Inc. is pretty small and cannot produce the amt as IT.. so IT would be hired to do big jobs while I take a piece of it.. but like anything you make.. the results is as well as the quality control on it and the customer service..
Its like you guys buying a TEIN Coilover.. if you have a good experience with the vendor then your happy but if anyones had to deal with TEIN themselves (try to warranty anything) knows its a pain beyond hell..
Please understand IT does NOT make bodykits but hire fabricators (like I do) to make it.. I simply buy through IT because some projects are too much for me to handle so IT makes the mold I simply sell it.. now why IT does that, is so THEY own the mold and can sell it to whoever they want to make their money back and eventually a profit.. in short this is all business and its alot easyer for IT to spend +20,000 then for me to do it...

Now please understand the customer service you experience through IT is not going to be the same as me (surfacemodz) as for product line.. some of their stuff does suck i'll agree with you 100% on that.. but an example will be the Impul sideskirt.. thats manufactured through IT and everyone LOVES it..
Now for everyone thats having a bad experience with IT.. there is NOTHING I can do about it but e-mail/call them and bring it to their attention.. I can not control the actions of IT.. Its like you buying something from a produce company that supplies for a grocery store then taking your experience and poor product to the grocery store and asking them to take care of you. I've recieved many PMs and even had a customer directly call me for their problems concerning Import Trenz.. please understand that I will try my best to help you but I am not import trenz..
