Window cracking noise.

After a search of the forums I could find nothing on this. Recently I started to notice that after I closed my door, the window would slide up and seal, but after it was up its trying to push further up creating a cracking like noise. Anyone have any idea whats doing this? Is the motor going out?

may be trying to go further up. i'd try seeing if there's a calibration procedure.

pretty sure there's a tsb for that. mine does the same thing, but my door is covered in dynamat so the dealer wont touch it.

i'm going to pull the panel and make sure that the track is tight. suspect that's what is making the noise.

I did this and it seemed to fix the problem (as long as we're talking about the same creaking noise..)
