Fill in old screw holes in front bumper?
The 1st owner had a front license plate screwed into the bumber. Idiot. Anyway, it's left four screw holes that I'd now like to fill in and paint over.
Anyone have any experience with this? I was thinking I'd fill them in with some kind of epoxy, file smooth, then paint. Any other ideas/suggestions?
Thanks--

Plus, a very informally polling when driving indicated about every 1/3 of the cars I pass don't have them on the front.
