Cleaning up after debadging help?!?!

so i just debadged my car this weekend and it was a little harder than expected to remove the glue after i had taken off the infiniti and g35 letters

we waxed and buffed it 3 times and i can still see the shadow of infiniti and g35 and its not going away

anyone have any suggestions as to how i can get rid of that and make those sections look like the rest of the paint of my car?

help plz

Give it a few days, it will fade.
I had real dark shadows on mine.
I polished with a PC & still very little difference.

...then a few days later it just started to fade on it's own.
Now there is absolutely no trace.

You can always try claying the affected area but like inTgr8r said, the letters should fade off eventually.

i just kept applying a cleaning wax over and over afterwards... like 5 or 6 times. worked for me. I could only barely see a ghost image after that if the sun reflected directly off of the trunk into my eye... but like others said that goes away on its own.
