remove the 3 srcews on outer housing, also remove all wiring, ballast and bulbs, bake @275 for 10 mins, pry apart. remove shroud from lense, sand with 350grit 800gritt sand paper..paint using flat can paint(i use dupont on my applications). place lense and housing back in oven at same temp for same amount of time..when taking out have shroud ready for re-install after heating place shroud in the lense, press back together and replace all outer housing screws immediatly for proper re-seal.then agter cooling replace all wiring, bulbs, ballast.
:note shrouds are very fragile, especially comming out of the oven!!
