removing mt. fuji

just a quick question....a friend of mine told me if i removed the mt. fuji emblem from the back of my 04 coupe that there are 2 holes which would need to be filled? can anyone tell me if this is correct?

no holes heat it up and use some fishing string to seperate it from the glue..then get goo gone and heat it and remove, i just heated it and got it off with my finger..

Yea there are only holes on the sedan. Goo gone and floss, look up debadging on youtube.

since your car is 5 years old, you're probably going to see some shadowing.

So long as you follow the debadge with a good wash, clay, abrasive polish with a cutting pad & buffer... shadowing should fade quickly if not right away.

The only G35s with holes behind the Mt. Fuji were the early model sedans.

i used 3m adhesive remover and a credit card, no shadowing at all.

Just got mine off.....much much better. Heat+adhesive remover....

heat is the must part of this....if you just use adhesive remover it can still be a paint in the butt. with heat the glue comes riiiiight off, so just use a blow drier.

i got a early 2005 Sedan..does my mt. fuiji emblem have holes behind it?
