Splash Guard Removal?
there's a couple screws on the flat part facing the wheel and sticky tape along the lower part along the body
are you talking about the lower pan you would remove if you wanted to change the oil? its easy, just a bunch of 10mm bolts. a power tool will make your life alot easier. corrosion is a bastid!
the fender liner - surrounding the tire - is a bit of a hassle, but still pretty easy. take your time, and dont force anything apart.

I am doing this myself this weekend. (the rears) looks to be waaaay easy, don't pay for that dude, pay for tough stuff. 2 screws parallel with ground, one bolt on bottom and 2 pieces of tape.

Yeah I wanna do this too. But I wasn't sure if some dark dirt and grime outline would be left because the splash guard had been on there for so long. Let us know how it goes and post pics if you can.
Just did this a breeze, 20min one, 15 min the other.
You need short phillips screwdriver for 2 screws in wheel well, and long 10mm socket for the bolt underneath. (I have flaps already so all holes were pre-existing) Yes there is some adhesive from previous flaps, I scraped it off with a popscicle stick then remaining with alcohol pad. (not worried about scratching since new is covered). There are 2 pieces of double sided tape already attached to new flaps. Take off the cover of unused portion of tape and hold new flap on while screwing everything back in, then voila! Oh yes there is a plastic push tab on the bottom.
Any questions let me know or if need pics but i don't think really necessary pretty easy and straight forward, fits perfect!
Interesting the amount of sand/dirt trapped underneath both.......

How different is this for the sedan? Also, on my 97 maxima on which I installed splash guards, there were these pieces of plastic that were screwed in that I had to remove. They covered up the spot where the splash guard would be if there were no splash guard. Is there such a part for the 04 G35 sedan? Does the car look naked and exposed right where the splash guards should be once you have removed them? Thanks!
