I am actually looking for a cover. Not vinyl overlay Want to paint it more black. Thanks.

Contact that guy. He does all kinds of finishes. Smoke, black, hell, he might even have some carbon looking ones. Other than that...good luck. You might get lucky on eBay.

Those are the Carbon Fiber Top Secret Lens Covers. They originally cost around $500 but they are discontinued and I don't think they ever made them for the 06 style tail lights. If you really want something like this made I suggest contacting someone that works with carbon fiber. It'll be pricey $$$ but it can be done.
