Anyone know why this and the sunroof module would only work on a coupe?

The tilt down module is universal and should work on almost any car with power windows.

Despite the fact that both the coupe and sedan are G35s there are some pretty significant electrical differences between them. For example, the coupe sunroof switches switch a (-) signal whereas the sedan switches a (+) signal. Also, the coupe 'cluster matrix' is a positive signal, whereas the sedan is negative.

You would think, to save costs, that they would use the same sunroof and BCM controllers in both, but they didn't.

Hey Kevin congrats! One thing that concerns me is you're posting on G35driver after your wedding!! Go have some 'fun' with your wife. I'm also awaiting this reverse outside mirror mod and will probably pickup the different sound for the stock alarm. Really like that one

Having a Skyline 350GT, only have the automatic folding when car closes. Folding down mirrors would be awesome. Aint getting it in Australia, since there are barely any parts for my car here anyways.

I've got the new version in my car now, and it's working great. I have a couple updates to make to the software then it will be ready to start testing.

when do you plan on making it available for the sedans? I'm getting tired of adjusting my mirrors every time

The module, when released, will be universal by nature, so it should work on most cars with no issues at all. Final testing usually takes a few months to make sure all bugs are worked out.
