Sorry, I kind of dropped the ball on this one. I got tint installed on on 7/8, and they melted my passenger door panel so I have been working on that.

I want this too. I am taking my car to the dealer next week to get the door panel replaced so I will check on the part numbers to see what exactly we need to order. Yoshi san gave me a huge list of part numbers (without part names or schematics) that I need to cross check so we don't buy parts we don't need.

I am surprised no one asked what happened to me sooner.

We just assume you take full responsibility in ordering the Japanese parts and installing them yourself and then doing a full DIY guide and then maybe helping us when we try to do it ourselves. Seemed obvious to me

My wife has a TL. Only one mirror tilts down. The mirror that tilts down, is dependent on which mirror the switch is set to. If you leave it in the middle, then neither mirror will tilt down.

Good point...what was I thinking? I will defintely make a DIY guide when I do it so I can sell the guide for $10 each...J/K

I am most worried about the fold in feature, but the tilt down should be a breeze to install.

Yes, the blue light that shines on the ground from the mirror is the remote entry lights.

Sorry, I am not following you. Are you referring to the heat function that we already have? If so, it will be untouched.

This is my understanding too for the V35 kit too. If not, we can always do some simple wire splicing to make it work this way.

Well, I did go to the dealer last Thurs., but I totally forgot to check the part numbe list while I was there. If anyone passes by an Infiniti dealership on their way home from work or something, stop in there and see if any of the below part numbers are used on the US models. I have to drive about 25 minutes out of my way, and then, the extra 25 minutes back so it adds up to almost an hour. I might try to run over there this weekend, but I am not making any promises .

Anything ever come of this?

Personally? I just want fold-down mirror on when in reverse (TL-style, based on selector switch position)

Thanks for your hard work and research!
