just wanted to show you guys what i did yesterday:

i think it's pretti slick looking.. looks stock IMO..

took about 30 min to do.. most of the time was spent on removing the excess glue and doing some finishing touches.. from what i have heard, it's easiest to remove the emblems when you first get the car.. it's been 4 weeks for me, so it wasn't that bad..

just in case you guys are wondering, i got them from strictlyz..

Wow, didn't know there was a such thing as an Infiniti Skyline!!!

 

I took the infiniti emblem off. the reason for doing so because it looks so busy and that infiniti stick out like a sore thumb. Especially with the gailla rear spoiler on it.

Since i took that infiniti emblem out, a lot of people look at my car curiously to find out what car is it. Now i need to get a new license plate to confuse the hell outa people. Right now the plate saying, tustin infiniti..yuky!!!!!!!!!

i like it, the only thing is i am afraid to get one. i remember when i got a jdm SIR-T symbol for my honda some moron riped it off and scratched some of the paint while doing so. no doubt some high school kid wanting to put it on his mom's honda odyessey.

and yes i know my car wasn't really a SIR-T, but the honda was turbocharged so i thought it wouldn't be that bad.

am i the only one that doesn't understand the purpose of putting "skyline" lettering on my "infiniti".....it looks alright, but why manipulate it..? for a custom look?...

Well, because it's not a ferrari, it is a skyline in Japan. Sure it may not have the recaro branded seats, and the double din dash, but it's the same car....
