I noticed the same problem in my 06 coupe. And I am not a smoker too.

i had the same problem, took it in to the dealer and the dipshiit practically told me I was seeing things. dumbfvcks.

im gonna take it later in the week, and if they tell me im seeing things, ill tell them im seeing a lawyer. and i wont leave until its fixed or i get a loaner to tear up.

i have an 06 and mine is doing it as well from the astray and above it. what they did was just replace my astray and told me to come back when the radio lining gets worse.

they say its because of the sun that hits it that makes it turn brown.

so my question is.... do you guys have tints and do you leave the moon roof cover open?

i have tints but sometimes forget to cover the moon roof.

 

I don't have tint but the car spends most of the daytime in a garage, whether it is my company garage or at my house. I seriously doubt it is the sun in my case at least.

 

Yeah, i think its a bunch of crock as well.... im just waiting for it to turn more brown so i could get a new din.

 

I talked service guy last year...and he said he will place order bc it was out of stock..havnt got any call from him..this is crazy..

 

Crazy, my friend has the same problem on his 06, but he's a heavy smoker, so I thought that yellow poop was from smoking, but I guess I was wrong.. I'll have him go into the dealer sometime this week or next.

update: tech/foreman/warranty mgr all looked at it and first question was do u smoke. anyways i told them i have never smoked in the car or ever (which is true). according to the warranty they said they will try cleaning it first. if that measure doesnt work they have to file the claim and get the part from japan. so they have seen it now and in my next service they will try to clean it up. anyways the parts take 3 weeks from japan so its on hold for now.
