Re: CLOCK

The analog clock is a classic Infinity feature. Very classy. All Infiniti's have an analog clock. One of the fringe benefits is that you can peek through the window when the car is off and still see what time it is.

There is a TSB out to have your clock swapped out with one that has wider hands and better illumination, if you can't see it very well at night.

A digital clock just doesn't belong there, IMO. Although, if you have the Nav system, leave it up -- it has a digital clock in the corner of the map and blocks your view of the analog clock.

Re: CLOCK

I have a Citizen Eco-Drive. It replaced a Seiko Kinetic. They're both analog, classy, gee-whiz cool, and NOT a waste of money.

Re: CLOCK

Yeah, I love the analog clock, especially since I had it changed to the new version. Even some other makes are putting in analog clocks in their up-scale cars, even Chrysler (but theirs is round and doesn't look nearly as good).

Re: CLOCK

Someone come up with an oil and voltage gauge for that spot on dash and they will make $. Was thinking about putting some pillar gauges on my G so it looks like a civic...he he. How can i tell if the clock is the modified one?

Re: CLOCK

They should have put the gages in the Tach Face of the 6MT, where the auto position indicator goes in the 5AT. The space is empty now, and gages would have been right at eye level.
