Has anyone put a yellow LED in for the city light? I want yellow fogs using a capsule (I don't want yellow bulbs because they're more expensive to replace and the yellow isn't deep enough for me), but I can't find an H1 capsule . Maybe putting a yellow LED in for the citylight might give a similar effect?

I do not think that just having a yellow LED in there will make the light appear yellow... You might try however a non directional yellow LED with a broad spectrum... wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

My appologies, I should have been more specific. I didn't mean that the yellow LED city light would make the fog light look yellow.

I planned on getting a yellow LED for city light and leaving the fogs off just as you suggested. I was just wondering if anyone else has already done this because I'm not sure a yellow LED citylight could illuminate the whole fog housing with a bright and deep enough yellow color.

At night yes it should look pretty good, LED's are pretty bright... During the Day, no... But you will be able to see them straight on.

Here is a link to the pics I took tonight of my bulbs along with two new "hood lights" that I put near the top of the hood.

it's definetely HOT!!!
I like the way that it's kinda purple
and I see that the blue city light isn't too noticeable when
you have your lights on..
anyways,,
how's the performance with those new fog and projector lights?
can you see better at night?
and are these the product name that you are using?

FOG LIGHT
PIAA Light - PIAA Spark 8000K H1 Headlight Bulbs
PROJECTOR
PIAA HID Super Cobalt Replacement D2R & D2S Bulbs

Would the 194 oval LEDs you got from autolumination work well for this?

go for a wide angle LED that has 5 LED lights in it. Generally 4 will be rotated throughout the led for coverage, and then there is 1 super bright directional led. I have the xenon whites, and although they aren't super bright at night they look pimp!

you guys think the inverted LEDs would be best for the clear corner bulbs? That way it fills up the whole lense equally with no center bright point?

I took these bastards out 2day!
I had trouble getting them out by just pulling the bumper forward, so i just took the front bumper cover off, and removed them(it was not as hard as i had though to take the front bumper off). Cant wait to see what the headlights look like at nite!!!
