Help With Headlight Bulb Upgrade For 04 Coupe?

What can I do to upgrade the bulbs in my headlights on my 04 coupe? I already have HID's right? I'm assuming there HID since they are blue... I want to get brighter bulbs for my low beams and high beams and I want to get more of a purplish tint. My high beams suck right now. What are the best bulbs I can get for what I want? Thanks!

Unfortunately, if you go for more color in the HID's, you will be losing light output. Even the 6000 philips bulbs will give you approx. 20% less output.

The lower you go in Kelvin Temp, the more visible light will be produced.

As Far as the High beams, There are many other options, but the stock fog/high bulb gave more light than the current higher temp bulb I have in there now.You can match the HID's color pretty close, but you will lose output as a result......

Now, The best option would be to do a bixenon projector retrofit for your low beam, and a projector for your fog spot.....but that will cost you some money......

The only upgrade, IMHO, worth doing is the upgrade to the 06+ projectors. Output is greatly improved.

I've searched a lot and most people on the sight go 6000K, but will that give me any blue tint? Would the stock low beam bulbs be able to be used for the high beams?
