I've used v-LEDs twice and never had any type of problem. I actually thought there turn around time for getting what u ordered was great. But then again I just ordered a few minor LEDs. I understand ur frustration though. Their system is flawed if it's giving u tracking numbers for shipment of a back ordered item. Hopefully the guy ur doing the headlights for understands ur situation. GOod luck with that bro

I've ordered numerous time from VLEDs and haven't had any problems to date, as it seems with plenty of other members.

I hate to hear when someone who gives back to the G community through a unique talent like modifying headlights, has to go through an unfortunate situation such as this.

That said, it looks like this is an isolated incidence, and hopefully will be resolved by the vendor as soon as possible.

On a personal note, there aren't too many threads touting great vendors as opposed to threads knocking them the minute they make a mistake. I guess it's not easy trying to be 100% perfect.

Damn that sucks man. I have had three or four small orders with no problems from them at all. Actually one time I tried to order a part, but their system told me it was out of stock. I am curious to why this didnt happen to you. Oh well, hope everything turns out better for you in the future.

^^ he just recently updated the website to do that now..

as to those who have had problems with vleds, i say to email again.. im a vleds dealer and i have nothing but great stuff to say about the product..

believe me ive purchased from many different other sellers and they dont even compare to vleds brand.. sure you have to understand that there will be some defects but like many other people have said, jake will take care of the situation.. if he hasnt, email him again.. also undestand that he gets hundreds of emails daily...

i dont think you guys know how big vleds.com is.. he has orders WAY OVER $277.. especially from me

its just unfortunate that some of you may have had problems with them..

my buddy ordered from V-leds a few days ago. The order was over $50, it arrived about 2 days after he placed the order. Seemed like he had a good experience.
