And i still have my 3000k Fogs. No complaints yet, and everyone that has seen them says they blend right into my headlights, so im not even concerned about it.

Light output is 300X better than the stock crappy halogens.

Basically my philosophy is this...

If your car came with halogen bulbs....leave the halogen bulbs.

That applies to fog lights too. If you look, no manufacturer uses HID's as fog lights. The light output is too intense and would reflect back into the driver's eyes.

But, yes i agree, the stock fogs look like crap when you turn them on. That's why i just leave mine off unless i'm driving in bad weather. I changed to 3000K halogen bulbs and the difference is quite noticeable.

I get blinded by someone running 10K HID headlights and foglights nearly every day. For some reason, where i live...Ford Explorers are notorious for this. Honda Accords #2.

That would pretty much eliminate the glare problem completely....but that requires skill, money and time......

A $50 kit is just cheap and easy

Yea i know. Its real easy to put one in the foglight location and makes a hell of a difference. I have 400 in my headlights but i think its worth it and its like night and day without projectors. I agree to not but hids if not a projector but to each is own.

I'd be interested but fear they would be expensive if done with quality projectors
